Our recent experience with Robbins Marine was completely satisfying. When we inquired about purchasing a new LUND boat, they contacted the mfg. sales rep. Within 24 hours of our initial contact, we ordered the new boat and within 3 weeks it was hooked up to our truck. This was not our first rodeo (we are both in our late 70's) nor our first boat. In today's world, the service we received was plesantly refreshing. Our questions were honestly answered without any hem-hawing around and promises made by them were honored.

A 5 star rating is appropriate , I purchase a Bennington Pontoon Boat New in 2016, The service has been outstanding to include staying overtime on a Saturday to solve my problem.In another over and above incident a mechanic was sent to Northumberland boat club to start my boat, a problem which I created. Sales Dept. was kind honest efficient and made the purchase easy ,Good Boat Good Dealer all you can ask for!

I purchased a Lund boat last year and as everyone is saying once you leave the lot forget about getting any help. I ask for a ladder system for the boat after purchase and they just sent me the ladder, not the platform. Now maybe I should have asked, but if you sold me the boat you should know I need the platform in order to install the ladder. I said I would return the ladder and get the entire unit if they cant just send the platform. I have called several times over the last few weeks and no one has gotten back to me. The first time I called, I don't know who answered the phone but he should never bee allowed to talk to a customer again. Completley useless and no knowledge of anything. He asked for my information but I was at work so I asked him to look it up. He said we don't really know computers here. I hung up and called back later. I have called twice since them and have yet to hear back. This has been since January. Now boating season is here and still no ladder to go swimming. I just called was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. I will try later. Hopefully I can get this resovled soon.
